A Reader's Thoughts on Sanjay Burman

Hi Sanjay,

I wanted to write you a note after reading your book; 'Reading People'.

Don't be mad, be glad!

Hello summer time! Feels good to have the warm sun on your face. Even though the winter's aren't as bad as when I was a kid, there is something about the constant clouds that can depress a person!

Body Language Expert: Tiger Will Cheat Again

A somber-looking Tiger Woods finally addressed the media and public today after 85 days in hiding.

He apologized for his "selfish and foolish" affairs and confirmed reports that he's going back to rehab for "more therapy."

Stop Your Instanity!

We all have seen the status updates of great quotes. Some people update their status quotes three times a day! They quote their favorite speaker and let us know they 'are so grateful for the sun rising today' and 'how blessed my life is'. Some of you are laughing because you are reflecting on it right now.

A friend in need is ...is not indeed!

How did the fear challenge go?? Since I didn't hear from anyone regarding their accomplishments, I will assume no one did it. Disappointing if true, but everyone does things at their own time.

Last week I had an interesting email request. It's funny, because when I talk about this with friends, they all agree, but don't really want to acknowledge it because it's scary.

Don't call me chicken!!

One of the most overused sayings is 'When life gives you a lemon, make lemonade'. It's almost a quick response to help ease a situation. But a psychologist did a study monitoring people's actions by showing them the 'lemonade' in their worst of times to see who would make the effort to take it.

LAUGH Dammit!

Late last week I had the a very upsetting call from my lawyer informing me that my business partner had committed suicide. First there is disbelief, then there is shock, and then there is anger. I'm just about passing the stage of anger to resolvent. This is the stage where you try to come to a conclusion in your mind to give your emotions and psyche some rest.
